Terms & Conditions rm1 – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia Betting

01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Rm1 (referred to as "rm1", "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online digital betting and entertainment platform that has been operating in Malaysia since 2019. The platform is accessible via the website rm1.asia and the rm1 mobile app, available for Android and iOS.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between rm1 and every individual who registers, accesses, or uses this platform in any capacity. These Terms are to be read together with rm1's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any bonus- or promotion-specific terms announced from time to time.

02Membership Eligibility

To register and use the rm1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout continued use.
• Is an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• Are not on the list of individuals who have been self-excluded from the rm1 platform, either at your own request or at rm1's direction.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Never been declared bankrupt or subject to any financial management proceedings that could affect your capacity to carry out financial transactions.

03Registration & Account Management

3.1 New Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active rm1 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, name, IP address, or any other shared information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid date of birth. rm1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

3.2 Password & Login Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your rm1 account password confidential. rm1 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Rm1 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian digital payment methods only. Currently accepted deposit methods are:

All successfully completed deposits credited to your rm1 account are final and non-reversible, unless there is evidence of a technical error verified by rm1. rm1 does not charge any fees for deposit processing; however, your e-wallet provider may have their own limits or conditions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to an e-wallet or Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as your rm1 account. rm1 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

General withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM10 for all methods.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Rm1 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Processing time: 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your chosen method and VIP tier.
• Platinum VIP members enjoy withdrawals processed in under 10 minutes; Diamond members enjoy instant withdrawals.

05General Betting Rules

All bets placed on rm1 – including Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League and EPL, e-sports, roulette, lottery, and Live Casino – are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, unless the Cash Out feature is used before the match ends.
• Rm1 reserves the right to void or reject bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricefeed error. In such cases, the full stake will be returned.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed in accordance with the relevant league rules, bets will be declared void and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport's rules.
• Rm1 uses odds that are updated in real time. The odds applied to your bet are those at the moment the bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time the match kicks off.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a full payout. If one selection in a parlay is voided, the slip is reduced to the next lower number of matches.

5.1 In-Play Betting

In-play betting at rm1 lets you place or adjust bets while a match is in progress. Odds are updated continuously and may change within seconds. rm1 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for technical or operational reasons.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, league, and market. The limits that apply to your account depend on your VIP tier — Gold members enjoy 2× limits, Platinum 5×, and Diamond members may negotiate custom limits directly with their rm1 VIP manager.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Rm1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific rules stated in the relevant promotion's terms. The general terms applicable to all rm1 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are valid only for registered rm1 members who comply with all general terms & conditions.
• A bonus may generally only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn alongside cash funds.
• Rm1 reserves the right to withdraw any credited bonus if fraud or promotion abuse is proven.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or shared with other members.
• Rm1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

07VIP Rewards Programme

The rm1 VIP Rewards Programme consists of four tiers – Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier upgrades happen automatically based on cumulative VIP points earned through betting activity on the platform. The general terms of the rm1 VIP programme are:

• VIP points are calculated based on total bets placed, not on amounts won or lost.
• VIP cashback is calculated based on net weekly losses and credited every Monday.
• Rm1 reserves the right to adjust point rates, tier requirements, or VIP benefits with reasonable notice to the members concerned.
• Abuse of the VIP programme, including any attempt to transfer points between accounts, is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• VIP rewards cannot be directly converted to cash except through cashback credited in accordance with the stipulated terms.

08Account Security & Member Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your rm1 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — whether by you directly or by any other party who gains access to your account.

Rm1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Unauthorised use of your account by a third party who gained access due to your failure to keep your password confidential.
• Your failure to enable security features provided by rm1, such as two-factor authentication.
• Sharing your login credentials with any other individual.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rm1 platform and constitute serious violations that may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the rm1 system, including the use of bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the rm1 platform for money laundering or to conceal the origin of funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering and using more than one rm1 account by the same individual to exploit promotions or circumvent platform requirements.
• False information: Providing false registration details, including a fabricated name, date of birth, or identity verification documents.
• Promotion abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit rm1 bonuses or promotions beyond their original intended purpose.
• Threats or harassment: Threats, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour directed at rm1 staff or other members on the platform.

10Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your rm1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any valid cash balance in your account will be returned in accordance with rm1's standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by rm1

Rm1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• The member has failed to complete an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account found to be held by an individual under 18 years of age.
• There is activity indicating a risk of money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• A member has violated any of the rules set out in these terms.

11rm1 Liability Limits

Rm1 strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, though we cannot guarantee a fully uninterrupted service. rm1's liability limits are as follows:

• Rm1 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• Rm1's maximum liability for any individual claim is limited to the amount of active deposits held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
• Rm1 is not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet failures, e-wallet provider issues, or external system outages.
• Rm1 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

12Responsible Gaming

13Changes to Terms & Conditions

Your continued use of the rm1 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and claim any valid cash balance in your account in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
